PVNavigator's business focus is on the development of small scale (2 to 5 MW), distributed PV solar power facilities. These smaller facilities offer considerable advantages over large central scale facilities, such as speed to marketplace, and their ability to be developed on urban landfills or Brownfield sites.

Operating a portfolio of smaller, geographically distributed facilities offers utilities greater development flexibility as they work to meet RPS requirements.
