PV Navigator, LLC has executed an option agreement with the County of San Bernardino, CA to explore the feasibility of developing a MW-scale PV solar installation on the cap of the closed Milliken Landfill located in Ontario, CA. PVN has extensive expertise and capabilities in the permitting, engineering, financing and operations of landfill-located PV power systems. The addition of the Milliken landfill site adds up to another 5 MW of development capacity to PVN's growing Southern California based pipeline, which already includes MW-scale, landfill PV projects at the Big Bear Landfill and the Barstow Landfill, also in San Bernardino County.
